Lea Sorensen

Lea holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Her approach is to create a safe, judgement free environment in which clients can begin to unravel the unique challenges that they struggle with. Her focus is to create a strong therapeutic relationship while using an integrative approach.  

Lea is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and integrates this approach with many other modalities such as CBT, DBT, Gestalt, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, and Mindfulness. Lea will work with you and your goals to determine what approaches work best for your goals.
